Manuel Fernández cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia profesional, habiendo ocupado posiciones ejecutivas en compañías cotizadas durante más de 10 años como CFO & Relación con Inversores (Abengoa, Telvent, Schneider Electric, Wizink Bank), viviendo en países como EEUU, México, Argentina, Chile y España. Su trabajo se ha desarrollado en un entorno intensivo de inversión y financiación, M&A, e interacción con inversores.
En los últimos dos años, Manuel ha liderado el lanzamiento de un vehículo de financiación alternativa, asesorando a clientes en la estructuración y cierre de financiación no bancaria. Actualmente, Manuel es el responsable de la firma.

Ha desarrollado su carrera profesional en España, y durante los últimos años como Socio de Sanguino Abogados ha asesorado a clientes en proyectos de inversión y financiación, valorando negocios y analizando riesgos.
Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por la Universidad de Málaga, Máster en Business Intelligence y Big Data por la EOI y Postgrado en Análisis de Riesgos para Empresas por la Universidad Pompeu Fabra.

Paolo Bua cuenta con 9 años de experiencia profesional, habiendo desarrollado su carrera en varios departamentos de Bancos de Inversión y en Boutiques de M&A, tanto en Italia como en España (Unicredit, Allianz, BNP Paribas CIB, Santander CIB y Óptima Corporate).
Durante su trayectoria ha desarrollado su actividad en varios procesos de M&A (nacionales e internacionales), de financiación de proyectos y de financiación de adquisiciones de empresas en múltiples sectores como retail, consumo, industrial, TMT, inmobiliario, infraestructura y energía, asesorando a un amplio abanico de clientes entre los cuales empresas familiares, empresas del IBEX 35 y fondos de capital riesgos españoles y internacionales.

Francisco cuenta con más de 6 años de experiencia profesional en el ámbito de la consultoría, desarrollando su carrera profesional en el departamento de transacciones en EY Madrid y, previamente en auditoría financiera dentro de la misma firma. Durante esta etapa ha estado involucrado en transacciones con PE internacionales y nacionales dentro de los sectores Retail, TMT, Industrial, Infraestructura e inmobiliario entre otros, prestando servicios de Due diligence tanto buy side como sell side.
Actualmente, Francisco es analista en el equipo de M&A de Baideko.
Graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas por la Universidad de Sevilla, Máster en finanzas y contabilidad por la ICADE Business School y, programa ejecutivo en valoración de empresas y business modelling en el Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).
