We are delighted to announce that Baideko has been the sole financial advisor to the shareholders of Bodegas Torre Oria on the sale of a minority stake to Portobello Capital.
One year ago, Baideko started to work with Bodegas Torre Oria in order to prepare the Company for the entry of a strategic partner as Portobello Capital in its shareholding structure. Among other things, Baideko has helped the management team of Bodegas Torre Oria to prepare and develop a new Strategic Plan in accordance with the industry momentum requirements and specific needs of the new and exciting growth ambitions of the Company. This transaction is the result of this year of collaboration with Bodegas Torre Oria.
